As homeschoolers, it’s not always easy to share our progress with our family and friends. After all, many of us school year round and don’t really have a first day “back to school.” That’s where these homeschool photoshoot signs come into the picture.
We’ve been homeschooling since 2009 and we’ve never regretted this choice to home educate. Even so, it gets tricky to explain that choice to the non-homeschool world. That’s why we often opt out of the so-called normal back to school traditions.

I changed the wording and design slightly, but they do a pretty good job of documenting homeschool progress in the form of a photoshoot sign. ;)
