Spring officially arrives this Friday and it can’t get here a moment too soon for us. We have been smitten with spring around here this year. I usually tend to be more of a fall and winter girl, but spring is making great efforts to woo me.
The skies. The amazing temperatures. Green spreading across the yard. Yeah, it’s kinda doing something to me. Sounds like a good excuse for some new scripture printables, right? I came across some great watercolor graphics from Angie Makes and decided spring is the perfect inspiration for them.
As much as I love the newness of spring, our scriptures focus on a different and even better newness. Reading God’s Word in context is so important. Revelation 21:5 is awesome on its own, but my goodness, reading it in context -with the rest of the chapter- brings tears to my eyes.
I love this scripture because it’s a reminder of the newness to come. The kind of newness that washes me with such fierce awareness of my unworthiness and unspeakable gratitude for the grace that’s bestowed upon us all.
